My blog has been fixed written on August 29, 2009

I think, at least. There was a technical problem with file locking, that needs me to write some more code, but there is never any time to write or test any code. So, it may be a little while before it has been perfected. Until then, I will go with the imperfect model.

Anywho... I got my raise, and I know exactly how much I am worth to my company: 15 cents. We are eligible for up to a 4% raise every six months, and they decided that after my worst employee review ever, that I deserved a raise of approximately $5.40 per week or $280.80 per year. I am excited for my upcoming paychecks. I will almost be able to afford an extra two gallons of gas every week. Hey, I guess that shows what working hard gets you: I was the number two or three employee in terms of call volume for last year, and am continuing that trend for this year.

Oh well, only about a year left and I will have a Masters degree in Public Health and I should be able to move on to a real job!

Why do you hate reCAPTCHA? I need some way to stop the SPAM on my blog. And if you know a way of doing so that is better than reCAPTCHA, go right ahead and tell me because I will use it.

I hate it because I can't always read the letters. Dunno a better way. Pictures are better but don't know how to use them.

It has to be a little difficult to read the words because, otherwise, there would be alot of ads on my site for erectile dysfunction drugs and stuff. Plus, using reCAPTCHA, you are helping to digitize books, which is something, as an avid reader, you should be in favor of.
