It turns out that my phone is not currently working, but there is a new one on order from Sprint that I am supposed to be getting a good deal on even though mine is out of warranty and I do not have the equipment replacement plan. I really should have gotten the replacement plan because jewMan foo has it and when he had the same problem with his phone, they just gave him one from stock and he was on his way.
